The Research Of Mass Incidents Prevention Under The Background Of Innovation Of Social Management

Influenced by the globalization, misinformation and urbanization, China economic system has been reformed profoundly, social structure changed continuingly and benefits pattern adjusted severely. The unprecedented risks and challenges in development of economy and society, as well as the numerous contradictions and conflicts, cause the increasement of mass accidents, which seriously restricts the rapid development of the economy and society. Thus we must set up scientific and effective prevention system to deal with such an issue.Based on the above background, this thesis sets the logic framework of the study. Firstly, it begins with the related conception of mass incidents prevention and innovation of social management, analyzes the deep root of mass incidents and points out the significance of the innovation of social management to prevent mass incidents. Secondly, it summarizes the current situation from the point of view of laws and regulations, subjects and responsibilities, supervision and warming, responses and reactions, evaluation and protection. Finally, it proposes the countermeasures to perfect the prevention of mass incidents.This thesis is supported by theories of administration management, public administration, politics and sociology. The application of risk management theory and crisis management helps to get the new approaches of preventing mass incidents, which has the practical significance and theoretical value for both government management and academic research of mass incidents.
