In this particular context of society, China’s income distribution system possesses the features of period of reform and transition either. The economic grows rapidly while the interests of the game are usual, the public products are short, the disparities of life are enlarge. Therefore, the desire of reforming the income distribution system of broad masses of people is increasingly strongly.The unfair is not only related to the income distribution system itself for out of the social development, but also because of the concept of the rule of law which is not accepted to the whole society. It is definitely affecting the functions of income distribution system and leads to the gap between the rich and the poor is extending, the political conflicts are more and more, the social classes are differentiation. Meanwhile, the nation wealth will be seized by those in power, thus, the belief to the government and the faith to the law we have always been insisted will collapse, undermining the constitutional order.However, we all familiar with the way we evaluate the income distribution system from the view of Economics, Sociology, etc., although it is necessary. After all, it couldn’t eliminate the injustice completely. Hence, only we turn to the way of constitution, can we reveal the root of the problem why the unfair comes from income distribution system. With the help of that, we impetus motion to the reform of income distribution system and regulate the pattern of income distribution system with the idea power constrained by right, in order to guarantee the truth and the equality of the constitutional rights of citizens.
