A Case Study On The China's Protection Of The Interests Of Vulnerable Groups From The Perspective Of The System

Theoretical research is always conducted to solve the problem of social reality .The problem of vulnerable groups as a common phenomenon exists in any period of society, and its research value is self-evident. In a period of 30 years of rapid development of China's market economy, stratum polarization is clearly speeding up, and bring about a series of social problems. The basis of harmonious society is to guarantee every stratum can develop with the progress of society. The theoretical research on vulnerable group is conducted on the settlement of polarization of society, preservation of real equal rights and promotion of developing rights. If we consider the problem from social philosophy that takes the rule of social development as the main task, the fundamental purposes of research on the problem of vulnerable group lie in guaranteeing members of society to obtain real equality, maintaining proper social equality and justice, achieving good social function, and providing theoretical support for forming harmonious and stable social relationships. On basis of advanced theories of sociology, social philosophy, political philosophy and economics etc., this paper uses concrete research methodology of comparison ,literature summarization ,case study etc. to carry on a systematic analysis and research on the problem of vulnerable groups of a new period of society.Firstly, this paper described the protection of vulnerable groups and the interests of the relevant theories, from the content of vulnerable groups, starting with the type and characteristics, then elaborated on the protection of the interests of vulnerable groups to establish the basic principles, system factors and China's actual situation of vulnerable groups combine Analysis at this stage to the interests of security and the effectiveness of some of the issues. The final article for institutional factors and the vulnerable groups from the political system, economic system and social system of three-pronged approach has proposed the establishment of protection of the interests of vulnerable groups the policy proposals in order to achieve coordination between the various interest groups, better the building of a harmonious society.
