| With the development of social economy, the Internet is becoming more and more closely associated with people’s lives, conceived of Internet public opinion events have occurred frequently, because of the lack of local government’s ability to respond to network public opinion, and the mass incidents caused by it is not surprising that, larger social negative influence, network public opinion on the government’s ruling ability, the credibility of the government, the government legitimacy, government image has become a huge challenge, therefore, in the case of the highly developed information society, how to improve the ability of local government’s response to network public opinion has an eyebrow.Based on the local government’s response to network public sentiment ability construction as the research object, first of all in collecting, sorting and analysis of local government ability to cope with the network public sentiment at home and abroad, on the basis of literature, this paper summarizes the status quo of network public sentiment in China. Then to connotation, characteristics, manifestation of network public sentiment and its relationship with the government as a starting point, on the basis of good governance theory, maslow’s hierarchy of needs, and the government crisis management theory to explore the theoretical foundation of the government’s response to network public sentiment. Then according to the government’s response to the core competence of network public sentiment to the rational analysis of the government in the subjective and objective problems of the network public sentiment and the reasons were analyzed. Finally, the article on the basis of summarizing the literature put forward the coping strategies, points from the thinking of adjustment, and perfect the working mechanism, team construction, to strengthen technical difficulties breakthrough, the construction of evaluation model of concrete countermeasures are put forward. |
