A Research On The Response Of Township Network Public Sentiment In Dongbao District Of Jingmen

The response to the net-mediated public sentiment is a system engineer which has a complex content,relates to many different areas and is of great challenge.With the internet application spread to the social base,the base political affairs are pushed to the cusp frequently.As the most basic local government,the township is the basic unit which executes different kinds of policies.Township cadres are the direct executors of the principles,guidelines and policies from the Party,they are the key persons in the rural political works.However,based on the current township political environment in Dongbao district of Jingmen City,and there are many township cadres who work hard just in order to fulfil the task from the higher-level leaders.The township cadres who really care about the civilian's benefit are relatively less.On the internet,breaking news about the administrative omission or corruption of the township cadres appear frequently.How to improve the image of township cadres and the response ability of the network public sentiment is a very important issue to the township government.Together with the insufficient empirical researches on this issue,this paper choose to begin the study from basic government response to the net-mediated public sentiment.This paper is mainly composed of six parts.The first part introduces the background,significance contents and methods of the issue that basic government response to the net-mediated public sentiment.The second part describes the outline of the net-mediated public sentiment.It introduces the concept and types of net-mediated public sentiment,and the current condition of net-mediated public sentiment.The third part introduces the net-mediated public sentiment based on monitoring information among six towns in Dongbao district of Jingmen City,and introduces the dealing results,main methods and effects of response to net-mediated public sentiment.The forth part studies the main problems of the current work of response to net-mediated public sentiment,including some township cadres lacking of ideological recognition and coping ability,and township people's livelihood services work is not detailed.The fifth part analyzes the main reasons of these problems.The sixth part offers the suggestion to improve the response ability of net-mediated public sentiment,mainly including strengthening the township cadres' ideological recognition and coping ability of response ability of net-mediated public sentiment,and strictly supervising the implementation of people's livelihood service.
