Community corrections as the execution of the trend of social development in foreign countries,its theoretical construction and design of the system has matured. In our country by the pilot of the decade, with the modify of the Criminal Law Amendment8as well as the relevant provisions of the Code of Criminal, formally established in our community correction system, changing the community corrections is no legal basis situation. With the implementation of Community Rectification Measures in March1,2012of official of the pilot phase of the formation of effective working system, mechanism and correction method is fixed, the community corrections work practices and fundamental basis, but it also brought a management model and system design to further explore in new situation. At present, the continuation of the pilot phase is that the judicial and administrative authorities as the management body of work,but academia there are still questioned this model, that the judicial administrative department of the lack of enforcement powers and there is a gap between functions of the position and the required correction capability. Because of Community Corrections has not been specific legislation, the specific provisions of Community Corrections gaps, it is necessary to demonstrate analysis of existing community correction mechanism, to pave the way for the Corrections System.On the other hand, the the different community correction in the country’s progress. Community corrections pilot mode-depth argument, the full trial, the time is shorter, and rectify the situation varies greatly around the face, resulting in the correction process there are many very important and difficult problem to solve. Compared with the provincial and municipal, judicial and administrative authorities at the county level in the resources to fight, distribution, and use limitations, largely affected the actual implementation of the results of Community Correction, county-level layer of judicial and administrative authorities to carry out community correction should be closely combined with the actual situation of the local. In this paper, based on review of theoretical and practical development of domestic and international community correction, research subject in Lujiang County Bureau of Justice, focusing on the working mechanism of the community corrections described, Lujiang County Community Corrections distinctive working methods. On this basis, refined and in-depth analysis of the key issues in Lujiang County Corrections and propose practical improvements combined with existing resources. This paper aims the Lujiang County Community Correction Mechanism, point to an area, the Community Corrections county level in China to provide more reasonable and effective program of work.
