Optimization Research On Community Corrections Work

Based on the concept that criminals can be corrected,and in order to reduce prison custody and save the cost of execution,community correction came into being.The significance of community correction is to help criminals reintegrate into society,return to family and life,so as to enable criminals to return to society and become law-abiding citizens.Community correction is a new thing in China,which not only has a deep tradition of rule of law,but also can fully reflect the new ideas of the new era,and contains a broad space for innovation and development.However,China's community correction system started relatively late and encountered many problems in the process of exploring development.While learning from foreign countries,judicial administrative organs are also innovating and developing a more suitable community correction mode for China's national conditions.How to develop a modern community correction mechanism more in line with China's national conditions is a hot topic in today's society.By tracing back the development history of community correction,analyzing and studying the typical community correction modes at home and abroad,combined with the current community correction situation and current community correction work mode in area X of Suzhou,this paper summarizes and finds that there are some problems in community correction in China,such as low social participation,single correction content,non-standard supervision and difficult implementation of correction measures,And analyze the causes of these problems,such as Excessive traditional penalty thought,Insufficient human and financial resources,legislative defects of community correction,imperfect community correction system.Follow the principles of community correction and use the relevant theories of community correction,such as public participation theory,collaborative governance theory and resource allocation theory,and use the methods of interview,observation and comparative analysis to analyze and study the causes of the existing community correction problems,and put forward the ideas and perspectives to optimize the working mode of community correction,Formulate specific optimization measures,propose to build a variety of forces to jointly participate in community correction,strengthen the working team of community correction,actively integrate into the law popularization education system to cultivate the thought of administration according to law and human rights protection of personnel related to community correction,and enrich the forms of community correction assistance,so as to improve the overall governance system of community correction,Improve China's modern social governance capacity.
