The Analysis On The Game Relationship Between The United States And Iran Which Based On Iran’s International Strategic Position

From the ancient times, Iran was the fighting prize of varied power because of itspredominant geographical position, rich energy resources and penetrative religioninfluence. As the strongest nation in the world, the United States has paid closeattention on the Iran. After the1979revolution of Iran, it is not existed the intimaterelationship between those two countries, but the consumingly resistance is obvious.With the rising of Iran’s nuclear issue and the breaking out of9·11, America’s attitudeto Iran becomes to more vigilant. Faced to the denouncing and isolation from thehot-spot diplomacy, Iran’s diplomacy has also sunk into the moss. Obviously, thiskind of predicament did not formed in one day, the factors of realistic interestconflicting, the history, religion and culture all has important impact on relationshipbetween America and Iran.There are five chapters in this essay:Chapter1: Introduction. It is analyzed the reasons why choosing this topic, themeaning to complete this essay, the geographical position and the rich resources, thestrategic position of Iran in America’s Middle East strategies, it is also explained thehistorical reasons and interest contradiction between the two states. Additionally, ithas summarized lots of documents and prevenient research results in this part, andpointed out the problems in those researches. At last, it is given the research methods,the innovative approaches and the shortcoming in this essay.Chapter2: the general situation of Iran. It is discussed the basic nationalconditions and the religion’s development of Iran in this part. Simultaneously, thedeveloping background and the historical process of Shiah’s state religion will also bestudied in this chapter.Chapter3: the research on Iran’s strategic position and the character of religion.The strategic position of Iran will be illustrated by its geographical position, resources,the characters and development of religion (Shiah of Islam) and the action ofanti-terrorism. Based on those arguments, the probability and the inevitability ofgaming between the two states are fixed. Chapter4: The macroscopical analysis on the game relationship between theUnited States and Iran. The historical method and quantitative method are used toanalyze the gaming relationship of those two countries, and it laid particular emphasison the macroscopical relationship of the two states in this part. In this section, thediplomatic relationship will be studied by the summary of historical events.Chapter5: The microscopic game relationship between the United States andIran, which based on Iran’s nuclear issues. This part is the focal and the difficult pointof this essay. It is combined with correlation theories and models to analyze themicroscopic game relationship based on Iran’s nuclear issues, and given the probableoutcome of that issues, and then it will give some references to deal with internationalrelationship.
