City Public Security Fire Control Safety Assessment Research

With the evolution of Chinese economy and taking the elevation of city rate. With the evolution of our country city rate progress ,fire disaster of city is on the increase. With the characteristics of the concentration of people, buildings, production, wealth, and many disasters, disasters such as fire in a city would result in great economic loss and even serious mental strike to people. Evaluation on the city fire crsis is an interesting project.Based on the former experiences, the fire protection and system evaluation theory, this thesis confirms a set of indexes on the city Gong-An fire crisis assessment. The main points are as flow: (1) This thesis introduces the development and present research conditions of domestic and international fire crisis evaluation. (2) Method of city fire crisis evaluation are discussed. (3) A particular description designing of the set of indexes on the city Gong-An fire crisis assessment are given. (4) The method of how to admeasuring every index is put forward as well the equation of how to calculating the final evaluation. (5) The article takes GuangZhou as an example, according to the evaluation system mentioned in this paper, and analyzes the GuangZhou’s fire disaster condition is common. According to the evaluation result, some suggestion which improve the ability of GuangZhou’s fire crisis reduction is supplied.
