| The college physical teachers,as work implementing subjects of school’s physical training, play an important role in the teaching body. College PE teachers’ social labor features and value is obvious. But they can’t get enough attention from the leaders in real life because of sports’discipline characteristic and the influence of the tradition culture. In addition, the survival environment for the PE teachers becomes more and more fierce. So their working attitude is bound to change. The profession’s particularity definitely leads to these group of people becomes those at high risk of job burnout, which has inestimable influence on the college PE teachers‘sound mind and body, teaching quality and students’healthy growth.Perceived organizational support refers to the support and help given by the organization to the college teachers. It can ease job burnout among the works effectively. Therefore, exploring the relationship between perceived organizational support and job burnout and putting up with measures, on the basis of understanding college PE teachers’job burnout, will give effectual support for improving PE teachers’job enthusiasm and play a more useful role in the personnel training.Choosing some college PE teachers of Shenyang as subjects investigated, the paper which uses literature searching, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics demonstrates the negative relationship between perceived organizational support and job burnout on the basis of factorial analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis and analysis of perceived organizational support and job burnout’s concept definition. The results shows that perceived organizational support and job burnout have negative relationship, what’s more, job burnout can be predicted by perceived organizational support very well. So there are some suggestions: college PE teachers should actively deal with their job burnout in the way of changing their acknowledgment, expectation and ability.
