Burnout is a prolonged response to chronic emotional and interpersonal stressors on the job, and is defined by the three dimensions of exhaustion, cynicism, and inefficacy. Teachers'job burnout has interested many psychologists these days, this it is one of the largest and most visible professions in society and recognition of the extreme demands and pressures which teachers often confront. psychological contract is the responsibilities offered by one side, and perceived by the other side, between corporation and employees. perceived organizational support is the experience of a care and support sense from the organizations. Based on previous studies, this research discusses the relationship of psychological contract, perceived organizational support and job burnout among 370 secondary school teachers from jilin and shenyang. The study analyzed the data with Spss11.5 for Windows and AMOS4.0.Based on the descriptive statistics, compare means, correlation analysis and step regression analysis.The results shows that:1. the analysis of the demography variables, there is a significant difference of teachers'job burnout in the school type, the teachers of the key secondary schools feel the more emotional exhaustion than those of the general schools. It's significant different among the marriage and teaching age of perceived organizational support, unmarried teachers experience higher support from school; the shortest and longest teaching age have the higher perceived organizational support. The key secondary school teachers have the higher teachers obligation than the general shools'.2. The significant correlation exist among psychological contract, perceived organizational support and job burnout. Teachers'psychological contract contains two facts: teachers'obligation and schools'obligation, they have significant positive correlation with perceived organizational support, and have significant negative correlation with the three dimensions emotional exhaustion, reduced personal accomplishment, and depersonalization of job burnout; then, there is a significant negative correlation between perceived organizational support and the three dimensions of job burnout.3. The teachers'obligation and perceived organizational support significantly predict job burnout, and the school'obligation significantly predicts perceived organizational support.4. Specifically, the teachers'perceived organizational support significantly negative predicts the emotional exhaustion, and the teachers'obligation significantly negative predicts perceived the reduced personal accomplishment, and depersonalization of job burnout.
