As the foundation of education,the preschool education will have a strong impact on those infants' future development.Kindergarten teachers,as the most important participants in the stage of enlightenment education,whose quality will directly affect the quality of kindergarten education.By conducting this research on the kindergarten teachers' occupational identification,the comprehension of social support and job burnout,this paper aims at exploring the reason of preschool teacher burnout and looking for ways to improve the situation,so as to improve the quality of Kindergarten teachers and promote the development of infant education.This paper used the professional identity scale,perceived social support scale and job burnout scale to randomly investigate 10 kindergartens in Shijiazhuang City.A total of 158 questionnaires were distributed and 156 questionnaires were returned.This paper is intended to explore the current status and differences of kindergarten teachers from the aspects of children's schooling,age,education,classes,titles,and marriage.By doing this work,we can discuss the relationship among professional identity,perceived social support and job burnout.These survey results indicate that:(1)There are significant differences in perceived social support and the dimensions of kindergarten teachers in the park.The score of perceived social support for preschool children teachers is significantly higher than that of kindergarten teachers and small senior teachers.Teachers perceived that social support scores were significantly higher than those of primary and secondary primary and secondary teachers;(2)There was significant difference in kindergarten teachers 'occupational awareness among children with no qualifications,academic qualifications and professional titles;(3)Kindergarten teachers' job burnout(4)there is a significant positive correlation between kindergarten teacher's professional identity and perceived social support,kindergarten teacher's professional identity and perceived social support for the job burnout has a significant negative predictive effect,with an explanation rate of 43%.(5)Perceived social support has a significant mediating role between professional identity and job burnout.
