Technostress refers to the negative influence of attitudes,thoughts,behaviors,and psychology that directly or indirectly brought about by the use of new technologies.With the development of technology and the popularization of information and communication tools,technostress has become an issue that employees cannot ignore.The technostress of teachers refers to the pressure caused by the use of information and communication tools such as mobile phones and computers,including techno-overload,techno-invasion and techno-complexity.As a typical group of job burnout,primary and junior high teachers school teachers face the new challenge of technostress.The study found that stress is positively correlated with job burnout.Therefore,technostress may also be a factor that affects job burnout.This study investigates whether the technostress of teachers in primary and junior high schools will aggravate job burnout,explore the mechanism of technostress affecting job burnout,and verify the moderating effect of organizational support.In this study,317 teachers(primary and junior high schools)in Hebei and Tianjin were selected as the research subjects.We use questionnaire "technostress scale" of primary and junior high teachers","job burnout scale of primary and junior high teachers","positive and negative affect scale" and "organizational support scale" to investigate the phenomenon of technostress on teachers in primary and junior high schools and further reveal the mechanism of primary and junior high teachers school teachers affects the author's mechanism of job burnout and the mediating effect of emotions and the moderating effect of organizational support.The results show:(1)Three dimensions of technostress of primary and junior high teachers are higher than theoretical average.(2)There are differences in techno-overload of technostress between primary and junior high teachers of different educate ages.The technostress of teachers whose teaching age "more than 20 years" is significantly greater than that of teachers whose teaching age is "less than 3 years";There are differences in techno-overload and techno-complexity,and the scores of junior high school teachers are significantly higher than primary school teachers.(3)The technostress of primary and junior high teachers is positively correlated with job burnout.There are highly positive correlations between the techno-overload,techno-invasion and techno-complexity,and emotional exhaustion,depersonalization of job burnout.(4)Negative emotions play a partial mediating effect role between technostress and job burnout.(5)Emotional support and instrumental support both play a moderating role among negative emotion and job burnout.The conclusions are:(1)The current phenomenon of technostress and job burnout on primary and junior high teachers are at a medium level(2)Technostress affects job burnout through negative emotions.(3)Both emotional support and instrumental support of organization can buffer the adverse effects from negative emotion to job burnout of primary and junior high teachers.
