Since the founding of our first business fitness club, the clubs’development speed, managing types, size, management and all the other aspects have made remarkable progress. From the investigation and study made before, we find that, for most health club, their managers focus more attention on pursuing maximize profits. but as to the understanding of organizational culture as soft power for an enterprise to achieve sustainable development, the managers step into a lot of big traps, which make the organizational culture far behind. Value is the core of the organizational culture. The correct values can guide managers’decision and action, shape the staff’s behavior, affect the marketing and build the teamwork spirits. Study the organizational culture of commercial bodybuilding club from the angle of value-drive Value will not only enrich the theory system of such research but play a active role in the sustainable development of the clubs.This paper adapts several methods such as document-studying, interviews, questionnaire, data-analyzing, model-analyzing and so on. We take part of commercial bodybuilding clubs in Nanjing City as our objects and evaluate the organizational culture in an all-round way using CTT. Through the study, we get several conclusions: Firstly, the organization of commercial health club culture still in its infancy; second, the external image of commercial health clubs have made outstanding achievements; Third, the cohesiveness values employees strong; Finally, the management of commercial health club lack of organizational culture Building support.Basis on research made before and the fact of organizational culture of commercial bodybuilding clubs, we propose following suggestions to perfect the core values of organizational culture: First of all, improve the health club’s core business values;Second, the development of a clear business strategy and fitness club business philosophy;Third, the establishment of organizational culture safeguard mechanism; focus on employee learning and growth, encourage innovation;Finally, commercial health clubs are organized cultural orientation.
