At present,Improvement of Chinese university organizational performance is weak, Social image has been criticized and questioned widely, Which has something to do with disordered of University organizational culture and its values. The theme of this paper is that: How to rebuild the core values of University organization, How to promote the university organizational culture change, constructing modern university organizational culture based on and leading by the correct values, in order to improve the university performance and organizational image.This study first review the present situation and problems of current Chinese university organizational culture and its values, and using attribution analysis of field theory. The subjectitve factors, both inside and outside of University organization field,each have their organizational capital and habitus, according to their logic, giving profound influence on the university organizational culture and its value orientation. On the external adaptation and internal consistency, the characteristics of Chinese university organizational culture values orientation mainly is isomorphism and coupling of the government orientational type and administrative orientational type.In the process of university organizational culture changement, there is a complex interaction mechanism between variety of driving forces and resistance factors, which determines the particularity and opportunity of university organizational culture change process.Along with the reform of university organizational culture, university organizational values also have changed, following the specific mechanism, throughing conflict, communication, reflection, and gradually achieve the identity, acculturation fusion. Values orientation of the strength of opposition, values of the matching degree, culture rigidity and cultural disturbance index, are closely related to the values concept of university organization, and have a great influence on the effectiveness of university organization cultural changement, they are the four key variables in the reform of university organizational culture, which not only can be measurement and diagnosis effective, but also can be scientific management and control.The internal and external environment of present China University is undergoing profound changes, while organizational field factors are showing a new pattern and trend, which provide a space orientation and value coordinate clearly, Facing the world and the future, China university organizational culture began to pay more attention to autonomy of the University, humanities education, fairness and good faith, international vision. In this context, China university organizational cultural construction should be multi dimensions of organizational values system, Learning and reference from universal ideas of western university; the Great Learning’s guiding principles of traditional china; excellent spirit heritage of modern Chinese universities, broadly receives seeks, melting furnace, to shape the core values for the future, which can effectively drive the healthy development of China’s University,Rising values matching level and values hierarchy of the universities.In order to keep core values throughout the whole process of university organizational culture changement, this paper put forward the path of practice and framework for action, leading by values, internal and external linkage,leader’s demonstration, unity of knowledge and action. It includes six key links: Establish the external support system of university organizational field based on values identity; Create a university leadership team which has value consciousness; Nurture internal academic organization which has the vitality; Building modern university system which guided by values; Strengthen the socialization of university organization membe. In short, Building the Value-driven orientation university organizational culture, therefore Chinese University has a noble and powerful organization soul, it is the main aim and pursuit of this paper.
