As the education reform push, the problems of aerobics teaching in colleges urgently await to be solved. This article investigate and anglicize public sports aerobics teaching status in Inner Mongolia in part of universities, to totally and deeply understand status of teachers and students, Present situation of teaching process and status of the teaching environment in Inner Mongolia Normal Universities, to Find development strategies fitting Inner Mongolia Normal Universities features, to Provide praiseful reference about teaching reform.This article use Documentation method, Law Expert Interviewed, The questionnaire survey, the statistics law research investigating and anglicizing aerobics teaching status in Inner Mongolia Normal Universities.The results show that: aerobics teaching status is not optimistic in Inner Mongolia in Part of Universities. Number of teaching hours arrange unreasonable. There are no unified, systematic and scientific teaching materials assisting teaching. Teaching content is old and single. Technology is valued and theory is looked down. The start theoretical teaching schools are few. The practice course content types are few. The difficulty is great. Teachers in the teaching process are still dominated by traditional teaching methods, affecting student’s study enthusiasm. On the teaching evaluation, teacher pursues the standard and Objective quantification excessively, ignoring the students’ individual differences. In teachers’aspect, the sex of the aerobics teacher is widely different in proportion; professional is not strong; Educational, scientific research capability and innovation capacity as a whole is not high level; Teaching initiative also needs to be strengthened. There are few aerobics extracurricular activities forms. Venue and equipment seriously lack of. Teaching conditions can not meet the needs of teaching and students learning.For the aerobics teaching status in Inner Mongolia in Part of universities, this article presents the following development strategies: first of all, Universities should pay attention to aerobics courses and improve the teaching conditions Aerobics. Secondly, Universities should optimize the course content, adjust the number of teaching hours, rich and innovative teaching methods, change the traditional way of teaching evaluation and assessment ideas. Thirdly, Universities should increase aerobics extracurricular activities. Finally, Universities should strength the construction of the teachers’staff, and improve the overall quality of aerobics teacher.
