The result is that it is pessimistically in fact At present the calisthenics teaching is not widespread in the middle schools in Lanzhou.The facts are showed below: teachers of calisthenics are not enough, the contents of calisthenics is not rich, the forms of the activities are not various, instruments and fields for calisthenics teaching are lack, times are not arranged for calisthenics teaching, the impotence of calisthenics teaching are not paired attention to.The factors that restrict the developing calisthenics teaching in the middle schools are listed below.1.
