The major of Automobile marketing in China vocational Colleges is setting to meetthe demand from growing of Automobile market development and training more andmore qualified sales people.Based on background, discuss the theory and practice of Mode for automobiletechnology service and marketing, Make deeply analysis and reteaches to mode ofexisting problem and causes. According to Point of concern in quality of highvocational college automobile technology service and marketing (short”automobilemarketing”)education, and target of set up the ideal mode of training sales people. Tryto ensure the quality of vocational automobile sales people by set up the reasonabletraining mode. In order to give better service in society economic.This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is thesis introduction, explainthe method and idea of background and significance of research, Part2explains theconcept and existing academic achievement. Part3analyses the situation of salespeople mode, including the necessity of reforming the automobile marketing trainingmode, the deviation in training target and reason of deviation. This is one of the focusin thesis. Part4show the advice based on the analysis of situation for automobilesales people training. Part5summary.
