| The healthy growth of the teenagers concerns happiness of thousands of peopleand social harmony. The young students will shoulder the historical mission inxinjiang. The strong body is the firm foundation of the constructing xinjiang. So itundoubtedly has important meaning to promote the physical and mental health ofyoung students.This paper is based on physical health survey data for four times, such as1985,1995,2005and2010. And this research made a longitudinal dynamic analysis on thebody mass index, of which three indexes of the body form, body function index item,one of the three physical quality index, and combined with the physical exercise inXinjiang, analyzes the primary school students’ physical health and problems, then putforward the suggestion to improve guidance.The results of the study show that body form indexes present growth trend from1985to2010. The vital capacity index showed characteristics of former slow tenyears ago and then quick drop after ten years, and nearly develop upward in five yearstrend. Physical quality is declining in recent20years, especialy endurance quality.Physical quality continued to slow down but the size evidently decreased in recent5years.The improvement of form is due to the continuous development of the economyand the improvement of the students’ nutrition education level in xinjiang.20yearsbefore the body function and quality of the decline is mainly due to the weak schoolphysical education teachers team, the lack of physical exercise, heavy schoolworkburden unreasonable diet e, modern information of the network development andparents overindulges and the change in the life style, etc reasons.In the future, the education administrative department should perfect schoolsports work supervision mechanism, strengthen the supervision inspection, increasethe funds investment, adhere to the "health first" guiding ideology, coordinates theschool actively explore to improve the students’ physical health level. |
