A research about the lesson planning of elementary bilingual teachers inXinjiang is the most importent mission in Xinjiang educational development. Thelesson planning is one of elementary bilingual teachers’ teaching behavior. As theinitial part of the teaching process, teacher’s lesson planning is very important.However, there are still many problems and deficiencies in their lesson planningattitude, lesson planning methods, lesson planning processes and performance, whichwill affect the overall teaching effectiveness. In view of this, we use the appropriatemethod of educational research, in-depth practice and understanding of the currentstate of elementary bilingual teachers’ lesson planning, and analyzed the problemsand causes. On the basis of this,we try to propose targeted recommendations andsolutions.Text is divided into four parts. The first part is introduction, including theproblem, purpose and significance of research, research methods, concepts,definition and literature review. The second part describes the theoretical basis of thisstudy, which is the guiding theory of this article. This article is inspired by this theory,and done in-depth study. The third part is through the analysis of questionnaires onthe training of elementary bilingual teachers, the lessons they exist in many problems.The fourth part of the bilingual teachers in lesson planning, there are many problems,we put forward the corresponding recommendations and counter measures.The text adhere to the principle of practice combining theory,and the use ofeducational research in the literature, questionnaire and interview survey method,westudy the lesson planning of elementary bilingual teachers in Xinjiang in depth.Study concludes that: at the lesson planning of elementary bilingual teachers,the overall situation is not optimistic attitude in lesson preparation, methods,processes and performance, there are still problems to address these issues, trainingschools and bilingual teachers, two aspects should work together to address theseissues.
