On The Effective Fusion Of College Ideological And Political Education And Career Planning

Today’s world is in an era with political multi-polarization, economic globalization and culturaldiversity． College students’ political beliefs, beliefs and values have been profoundlychanged．China’s social transformation and the establishment of the socialist market economic systembrought US not only the great changes of social and economic life, but also great shock to people’slives，ideas and values of life．How to help college students to be mature and succeedable are newtasks and challenges for ideological and political education．Career planning is the effective entrypoint of ideological and political education in the context of popularization of higher education．This article analyzes the relationship of ideological and political education and career planning,discusses the necessity and feasibility of the fusion of the two, make empirical investigation,summarizes the problem of existence, and propose the practical countermeasures, in order to promotethe students’ full employment, to realize the sustainable development of occupation goal, to meet theneeds of education subject, to reflect the "people-oriented", and to realize students’ all-rounddevelopment.
