New course standard of middle school physical education has been implemented in thecountry, its middle school PE teacher put forward higher requirements, personnel training systemof PE in colleges and universities are driving new requirements. Through on Zhejiang ProvinceMiddle school sports teachers, and university sports teachers, and university sports educationprofessional of three or four grade of students three a samples data for comparison analysisresearch, understanding University sports teachers, and sports education professional of students onthis professional running of awareness, understanding middle school sports teachers on basiceducation sports and health courses reform of adaptation situation, find Zhejiang ProvinceUniversity Sports education professional talent training status and middle school sports teaching onsports education professional talent requirements both Zhijian exists of gap, Discussion onpersonnel training system of PE in colleges and universities adapt to the ways of sports and healthcourse reform of elementary education, seeking to construct China’s elementary educationcurriculum reform of physical education and health needs of personnel training system of PE incolleges and universities provide a valuable basis.Through research, draw the following conclusions and recommendations:1.Implementation of the new curriculum standards for physical education teachers in collegesand universities do not have much effect, Zhejiang University majoring in physical educationteaching in middle school PE and health curriculum standard idea behind the teaching ofphilosophy. Therefore, in order to update the educational ideas of teachers of physical educationmajor in colleges and universities, strengthening teachers ’ training on new concepts and newcurriculum standards.2. At present, the physical education teachers in colleges and universities in Zhejiang Provinceof most importance to scientific research and training, and most towards this direction, away from the school of physical education. In terms of teaching contents, reflecting the lack of new coursestandard in middle school textbooks, teaching methods of traditional single, forms a singleevaluation method, lack of concern for student-centered. Therefore, in order to clear physicaleducation major training objective, strengthening the curriculum, teaching and study of teachingmaterials and other content; the teaching should be close to the teaching of PE and healthcurriculum of basic education needs adjusting course setting, enrich course content; promotingdiversified teaching method; note multiple evaluation evaluation of cooperation of the subject, payattention to the combination of multiple evaluation method and evaluation of a variety of functionsinto full play.3. Majoring in physical education in colleges and universities in Zhejiang Provincetechnology theory course teaching, neglected the study of teaching methods, training for secondaryschool teaching, teaching little; lack of teaching to develop students ’ ability to use modern teachingmethods of operation,. Therefore, teachers should pay attention to the teaching of research,heuristic, discussion of teaching process the teaching, the introduction of new teaching methods,independent initiative to fully reflect the students ’ learning, initiative and enthusiasm of thestudents in learning, develop students ’ creative thinking and creative ability; institutionalizationand standardization of teaching management and improving teaching conditions.4. Students majoring in physical education in colleges and universities in Zhejiang Provinceless understanding of the new curriculum standards, educate–to accept teaching not welcomed bythe students, but because of the poor student’s independent learning ability and strong dependency,autonomy, probing new teaching methods, such as the acceptance rate is not very high. Therefore,in order to strengthen practice, focus on training student’s independent learning ability, practicalability and creative ability, strengthening students ’ career awareness and basic knowledge andmastery of technical skills, develop advanced teaching philosophy.
