A Research On The Synergy Governance Of Stakeholders In China’s Competing Games

The theory on governance is introduced into the research of many fields. It provides a view of foresight to tackle the interest conflicts in the operation of competitions, and modulate the relationship between different stakeholders’ interest subjects. Starting from the relationship between stakeholder groups, in China, this research introduces the theory of governance and stakeholders synergy governance into the field of competition management, based on the relationship between the stakeholders of competition, studies and explains the framework of synergy governance and the building of governance mechanism, in order to discuss how competition governance, as a new mechanism, would dismantle various conflicts in the process of marketing, and maximum economic efficiency.This research applies methods like questionnaire on experts, case analyses, mathematic counting, reference on articles and materials, etc. Firstly, do the primary writing on the basis of related theories and articles. Then ask some experts and scholars in this field about this issue by means of questionnaire, collect their opinions and advice on this article, and generalize and classify them as instructions. Finally, explain the case according to some concerning events in the National Sports Meeting.According to some investigations, China’s sports competitions represented by the National Sport Meeting needs governance. The main reason of the competition problem is the ignoring for stakeholders’ interests need and conflict. So, it is necessary to study on the competition stakeholders and find measures, which means to keep balance on stakeholders in China’s competing games. This article refers to the framework of this type of governance. The building of the goveranance mechanism is based on the distribution of rights and responsibilities of the stakeholders, and govern competitions and stakeholder groups in the following four aspects:decisions, encouragement,supervision and control, and comment. In order to take effect on the governance system, it is necessary to improve the sports’ governance enviroment.
