Table Tennis originated in Britain,but it has been the national game of china ,which beloved by numerous amateurs.In Shenyang,there are amount of table tennis training institutions sprang up, as the further development of training industry of table tennis, the market of amateur coach of table tennis will be gradually standardized, that requiring the quality of amateur coach of table tennis will be higher. But now,the research about amateur coach of ping-pang focused on the study of operating table tennis club,but not deeply, and key point did not focus amateur coach, especially study the students of Sport University in school.According to the inadequate of the field, Choosing to study this question, in order to provide theoretical reference for bring up relevant excellent people and development the team of amateur coach of ping-pang.By using of the literature, questionnaire, interviews, logical analysis,and Mathematical statistic, This article analyze the current situation of the Students of Shenyang Sport University in school,and Requirements of table tennis amateur coach,finding the advantage and disadvantage factors that the students of Shenyang Sport University in school who Engaged in table tennis amateur coach,then providing some relative strategies.The results showed: The job of table tennis amateur coach is beloved by those students in school who specialize in ping-pong. Their motivations of part-time amateur coach are clearlier. The special technical is the foundation of taking the job of table tennis amateur coach,at the same time it play a role of enhancing,and getting higher remuneration are those who come from athlete,they comparatively satisfy with their salary.The beginning time they embarked on the table tennis amateur coach are earlier, and influenced by the element of study and economic .Be short of an effective and regular platform for student to sharing information of table tennis coaches recruitment. Schools should cater to the needs of the society on the personnel training .Nevertheless, the cultivation mechanism of the amateur ping-pong coach should be enhanced too. the student all have excellent quality in professional knowledge , physical strength ,the ability of guidance and demonstration ,nevertheless other aspect expect to be further enhanced .The society willing to collaborate with the student of the sports institute of Shenyang.Countermeasures as the follows : in trainings, strengthen and improve the course construction, establish the professional coaches cultivation mechanism, and encourage students to take part-time table tennis coach as the job ;Constructing information exchange platform, then understand and grasp the social demand for amateur coach of ping-pong ; establish the associations and clubs, strive for that make full use of university resources, increase the opportunities of creative practice; Enhances the cognition of the student to the job of ping-pong coach and finally ,and construct the corresponding career planning.
