The essay records the following theory: based on the technology of DLT three-dimensional high speed video, we videoed the skills of forehand position close to the table fast break and forehand endline drive of 6 second grade sportsmen respectively and then use U.S. biomechanical analysis software Apas to get the data collected from the video, on which we analyze and finally identify the differences and similarities between the basic forehand hit technology of ping-pong and tennis. When normal school students select both of ping-pong and tennis classes, they will be confused by the interference of the shooting, Through this research, we can help students to set up a clearer concept of shooting movement and reduce the missing rate of shooting when learning. Coaches and teachers can also refer to this as the theory and instruction for their teaching. In this way, amateur and professional players of ping-pong and tennis can have a better understanding of the criteria of forehand drive and also consolidate the correction of their dynamic stereotype. What’s more, the description of shooting movement in teaching material of ping-pong and tennis are usually not in details .This passage systemically analyzes the structure of these two kinds of shooting movement from the aspect of kinematics which provides the further supplements on the key points of hitting action described in the teaching material so as to make the teaching content more comprehensive. Research conclusion:1. No matter whether table tennis forehand bit close to the table fast-break or tennis forehand baseline stroke technique, all sportsmen, when playing sports, must rely on the coordination of all sectors of the body to make the force, and follow the sequence of the human body joints and consist with the principle of whipped technology. Therefore, they are both typical movement of the whip technique. 2. For the table tennis technique of forehand bit quickly close to the table, when sport men shoot the balls, the change of the body joint angle and velocity is very small and immobilization time is short, so they mainly rely on the small joint force to attach the ball. As for tennis, the theory is just the opposite with table tennis since the sportsmen mainly rely on the force of big joint to hit the ball. 3. For table tennis, in the stage of backswing the racket to hit the ball, sportsmen upper body movement is mainly based on the elbow and wrist muscles’active force which driving the shoulder joint muscles force; while in tennis sport, shoulder force actively drives the elbow and wrist muscles for sportsmen to make the movement. 4. Compared forehand-bit and fast attack close to the table technique of table tennis with forehand baseline stroke technique of tennis, there is no significant difference between the lower limbs, but only in the range of movement width and time pointsSuggestions: 1. In the training of table tennis and tennis sports, we should pay more attention on the coordination of body movement force which can strengthen all body sector’s cooperation so as to make momentum delivered effectively from the proximal part to the remote part, which can increase ball speed as well as improve the quality of whip movement. 2. In the training of table tennis and tennis, we should avoid the cross-learning of the two sports. It is better to master one of the sports skills before learning the other one. In this way, it’s easier to master both sports and avoid the mutual interference between them. 3. On the basis of this study , we can select higher level players as the volunteers of experiments and use the advanced science experimental instruments, such as plantar pressure Insole and EMG to further analyze the difference and similarities of forehand drive and other technical movements between ping-pong and tennis and study comprehensively and deeply on the movement principles of the two sports so as to provide the theoretic and practicality reference for the teaching of ping-pong and tennis sports.
