The moral condition of the children and adolescents concerns the future of our country,reflects the overall quality of the Chinese nation. The moral education courses of middle andprimary school offer the huge responsibility of educating the children and adolescents. In theage of globalization, the moral education courses in primary and middle school should be facemodernization, the world and the future, learn and know the present situation, the advantage,the characteristic of the moral education courses in modern countries especially the developedcountries, it helps us understand the current level and development condition of moraleducation courses in primary and middle school in an objective and comprehensive way. Itcan make us great initiative and urgency in learning successful experience and effectivemethod all over the world to improve and optimize the moral education courses in primaryand middle school, improve the effectiveness of moral education courses in primary andmiddle school.
