In June2001, our country has launched a new round of basic education curriculumreform, and put forward the moral education first. On the implementation of moraleducation, our country put forward to set courses and promulgated a series of curriculumstandards. In March2011, basically completed revised. Version11standard bring to themoral education work vigor, at the same time, exposed some problems. In order to furtherperfect our country primary school moral curriculum standard revision, in addition tobase on the abroad, the more important is to expand field of vision, understanding ofinternational reform and development of moral education curriculum standard, throughthe comparison research to complement each other.In Confucian culture has been high-profile, Singapore civic moral education hascaught the attention of people. Taking the civic and moral education curriculumstandard of Singapore primary school as the comparison object, helps us understandthe citizen moral education development the new situation, draw lessons from thesuccessful experience, and look for the new way of Chinese primary school moralcurriculum standard revision.This article treats the curriculum standard of character and life、character andsociety、Singapore’s civic and moral education (primary school) curriculum standardas the research object, using literature analysis and comparative analysis from fouraspects carrying on the comparison to the curriculum standard of the two countries.First on the frame structure of the curriculum standard comparative analysis betweenthe two countries, introduces the standard framework of the two countries, andcompare the similarities and differences, and analysis the significance of Singaporecurriculum standard; Secondly from the objective structure the content and thepresentation way to compare the curriculum standard of the two countries, looking forthe uniqueness of Singapore civic and the moral education curriculum goal; The thirdfrom the system structure and the content of the course content t to carry on comparative analysis to the course content of the two countries, we can summarizesSingapore features of the course content, and provide reference for our country toadjust the course; Last we can analyze Singapore’s unique teaching method and theway of progressive assessment by the comparison of the two countries advices on theteaching and evaluation, looking for the place needing to perfect.
