Studyon College Students’ Consciousness Education Of Maintaining Legal Rights

It has been nearly twenty years since the five-year legal education began. The law consciousness and literacy of citizens improved generally, so does the college students. As the Legal Foundation and Thought Morals Tutelage and Legal Foundation are widely opened in every university, the college students know more and more legal knowledge. The consciousness of protecting themselves becomes stronger and stronger. The voice of maintaining legal rights is higher and higher and the activities occur occasionally. In this sense, the subject analyzes the status and existing problems of college students’maintaining legal rights from the empirical research. The aim is to put forward the basic countermeasures of improving education level of college students’maintaining legal rights. The subject mainly states and demonstrates from the following three parts.In the first part, mainly state the connotation of college students’consciousness and education of maintaining legal rights.From this part, make the college students have a whole impression and understanding of college students’consciousness education of maintaining legal rights.In the second part, mainly state from history review and problem perspectives of college students’consciousness education of maintaining legal rights.The former mainly introduces the situation of the college students’consciousness education of maintaining legal rights in the period of founding new China and new period. The latter mainly discuss the existing problems and causes in the college students’ consciousness education of maintaining legal rights from individual, family, university and society.In the third part, for the raised problems in the second part, try to find the basic countermeasures to improve the education level of college students’consciousness and education of maintaining legal rights. This part discusses from the following aspects:establishing full range of education idea of college students’consciousness of maintaining legal rights, innovating the education contents of college students’ consciousness of maintaining legal rights, improving the method and way of the education of college students’consciousness of maintaining legal rights, forming the all-round force mechanism of universities, families and society.
