The Investigation Of Present Situation Of Contemporary College Students’ Rights Consciousness

Right is the core of the laws. Today the college students we are training of are the citizens, who tomorrow committed to the Chinese national rejuvenation and modernization construction. Improving college students’ rights consciousness is link to construction of a socialist country under the rule of law and the Chinese national rejuvenation. The current research which stress and strengthen students’ rights consciousness education, is helpful for college students to form correct consciousness of rights and obligations and social mission. To strengthen students’ rights consciousness education research, is to promote education reform in colleges and universities, the need of fully implementing the school, which has important theoretical and practical significance. This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter, on the basis of a lot of reading literature and books, the author has summarized the rights, obligations and their relationships, rights consciousness related theory. And it is pointed out that the focus of this article, difficulty and innovation and the research method. In the second chapter, I use the empirical research method. I analyzed the college students’ cognition, power, rights relief for maintenance, power evaluation. We found that students make progress on the breadth and depth. They generally formed a fundamental structure on right and obligation.But they have different behavior; their participation awareness is not strong. They are the lack of knowledge and ability of rights maintenance. They have not yet formed a complete evaluation system of power. In the third chapter, I compared the data. I want to analyze students in the school, professional, whether as a student cadre, family aspects, and to explore the differences and problems. On the basis of these differences and problems, I explore the reasons from the following aspects: traditional social culture, family atmosphere, national legal construction, the college management mode in the fourth chapter. Then in the fifth chapter, I put forward the corresponding countermeasures. The government should establish and perfect the legal system constantly to protect the rights of students. Colleges and universities should strengthen the rule of law education both inside and outside the classroom. We should strengthen publicity and education about this knowledge in society. To create a good family environment will be beneficial to ascendchildren rights consciousness.
