Contemporary college students is favored,they are the builders of the motherland,most of all,they're the full realization of the promoters of the strategy of governing the country.Our country is a legal society,to achieve this dream.college students play important roles,their legal awareness and the level directly affects the construction of rules of the law society.This paper mainly refer to Party 18,the eighth session of the third and fourth,fifth plenary session and the Xi series of important speech spirit.this paper combine the theory with practice,and contains various forms of collection of legal consciousness of information and related data,hoping to help to arise people's attention and put forward some practical suggestions of the program and help to improve the legal consciousness of contemporary college students.Therefore,we must use various channels and means,to raise awareness of College Students' democracy and the rules of law,everyone should transform some ideas to help develop the innovative thinking and means of contemporary college students.There are four aspects to discuss the legal consciousness of contemporary college students.first,the importance of College Students' legal consciousness and culture,mainly includes the overview,the meaning and importance of Cultivating College Students' legal consciousness,legal consciousness and legal consciousness;second,the current situation of College Students' legal consciousness,mainly from the college students' overall level of legal cognition.The concept of legal system is relatively weak,legal practice is less.The use of legal capacity needs to be improved,the concept of rights and obligations of the existing problems and the lack of faith in law in five aspects,third,analysis of the causes of the situation of legal consciousness of college students,mainly from the society,school,family and the students themselves four aspects,fourth,through the above analysis,we can put forward some corresponding countermeasures to solve Problems of College Students' legal consciousness.In a word,to cultivate the legal consciousness of college students,society,school,family need work together to provide a good environment for our country,the students themselves need to improve legal literacy,legal consciousness enhancement,It's beneficial to provide the advantageous guarantee for the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
