Xinjiang collegecoaches’ part-time coach, in addition to their usual training work, also must takephysical education and teaching work.3Xinjiang college coaches can make training program sports for teams accordingto the actual situation; but do not pay enough attention for the recovery measures andevaluation time, content and request of attention.4as shortage of the sports team training and competition funds and small numberof reasons such as the game, Xinjiang university coaches generally lead to attend the1-2tournaments every year. The college contest system does not fully meet therequirements of cultivating excellent athletes. More than half of college athletes are from full-time high school and lack of long time systems training and matchexperience.5Xinjiang college coaches work treatment is not ideal.
