education,occupation health and stability,and put forward improving ideological and political work under the new situation in 2017 the new "on the strengthening and improvement of Ideological and political work under the new situation of opinion",in reference to we need to develop what kind of talent,is the important subject in the construction of the style of display the school management level and educational philosophy put forward again,caused by the construction of style of study is more thorough inquiry.The construction of learning style reflects the level of running a school and the ability of running a school.It is a kind of profound and invisible spiritual strength.Every student in the school is deeply influenced by the school spirit and style of study.Exploration on the construction of excellent class style,is imperative in every university work,how to stimulate students' learning enthusiasm,cultivate students' good poor physical quality,is the important content of school participation,school leaders and teachers in the departments at all levels,to create a concept premise made a good external environment,to guide the students' self management and autonomous learning for the students,the students themselves should also enhance the learning motivation of the internal self perfection.In the full participation,the joint efforts of all teachers and students to cultivate a moral supremacy,professional skills,self-reliance and outstanding students.For private colleges,because of the quality of students,their own school characteristics and other reasons,the construction of study style is an urgent and serious problem,need to find a new breakthrough,to further promote the construction of study style,reinforce the personnel training plan,enhance the academic level and teaching quality,and the growing sustainable development of private universities.This research is mainly through questionnaires and interviews,the study style construction professional class as the research object,to study the construction of the current situation and problems of analysis and research,understand the causes of style construction problems,targeted to all kinds of problems existing in the construction of learning atmosphere in the class,propose solutions and measures.And promote the further development of the school tradition construction.The study mainly from six aspects of the construction of style of study of research and study,learning objectives,learning attitude,learning methods,learning interest,learning environment,learning discipline,through the investigation we know that the main problem of learning style construction purpose is not clear enough,learning attitude is not correct,the lack of scientific and effective learning methods of professional courses the interest is relatively weak,the class learning atmosphere is not strong,learning discipline should be strengthened in students,and for the construction of style of study students appear problem,starting from the origin of society,school,family and other aspects of the status quo analysis of influence of style of study.The main reason is the social utility of the market economy,caused students' utilitarian purpose;influence social adverse opinion learning objective and learning attitude of students;over reliance on the network,resulting in a lack of self-control learning students' interest in learning is weak,single method;campus cultural activities occupy most of the time students and the lack of effective guidance the students,learning atmosphere is weak;student management team,the quality of teaching directly affects the students' learning effect;and "arranged" education is growing up college students learning intrinsic motivation is not strong,weak awareness of autonomous learning and life.In view of the present situation of the study style and the analysis of the causes of the study style,this paper puts forward some measures for the establishment of a good style of study from the teachers,counselors and students themselves.First class environment by establishing the correct public opinion,help students form correct judgments,the mutual trust between students,between teachers and students,promote the harmonious relations between the members of the class in high spirits,self-confidence,self-esteem and achievement to make the class showing a mutual competition and cooperation happy learning atmosphere.Secondly,through strengthening the construction of class culture and class learning management system,which makes the class students through class concept,develop and establish a common class management system,improve class cohesion and centripetal force,regulate the behavior of the restriction of students,create a harmonious atmosphere in the class,again through the promotion of teachers and counselors teaching ability and management ability of students to help students correct learning attitude,interest in learning,and finally through the enhancement of students' self-learning ability,foster students' autonomous learning concept,grasp the professional characteristics,clear learning objectives,through the above five aspects to improve the class style building,and establish a long-term mechanism to promote the overall development of the school.
