| Objective:In recent years China Students’Physical health monitoring activities, more and more attention, the State introduced a number of related policies and regulations specification and guidance to the monitoring of students’physique and be guided. Monitoring activities by the students’physical grasp of the physical fitness of students in body shape, physical function and physical growth and development of, and found that the main problem currently facing our students in a variety of quality, how to scientifically address the problems one of the most important issues currently facing, this article hopes to provide a scientific basis to address this key issue.Methods:In this paper, access to the large number of documents to participate in the Ministry of Science and Technology Youth Sports Fitness scientific guidance and its effect evaluation of critical technology research and application, "the key issues project platform for the practice to pass the test to understand the Xi’an area pupils body shape, bodyfunctional and physical characteristics of the activities undertaken on this basis, according to the school to design the physical health interventions and organize their implementation, to understand the exercise intervention on the students physical and scientific and reasonable fitness activities, to promote China’s primary and secondary studentsphysical Health provide a theoretical and practical basis.Results:By 10 weeks, three times a week, every 40 minutes exercise intervention experiment, combined with physical test results of all subjects before and after the exercise intervention for scientific data processing, and analysis, results showed that the intervention groupstudents has increased significantly in body shape, physical function and physical index than before the experiment is not significant or did not improve, while the control group of students in the various indicators improve.Conclusion:The exercise intervention program content can effectively improve students’overall physical health, and promote the healthy growth of the student body and mind. That sports a very significant role to promote the health of students. Schools should be better organized physical education and other forms of sports activities, more activities, more diverse forms of organization to encourage more students to consciously participate in sport, in order to promote students’physical growth provide a scientific basis, and provides a rich and innovative activities for the school daily and carry out various sports activities, play the role of promotion. |
