With the continuous improvement of the society, people's living standards are constantly improving, and the obesity and other afflictions are becoming younger and younger. The regular physical exercise is one of the effective ways to prevent adolescent diseases. However, adopting appropriate measures to promote young people's active participation and persevere in physical exercise is a major problem urgently needed to be solved. The theory of social ecology is a theory that discusses the relationship between human and social environment from many aspects, research on the application of social ecology theory in the field of sports has also gradually increased. However, the research on the promotion of teenagers' physical activity from the perspective of social ecology in our country mainly focuses on the influencing factors of exercise behavior, constructing the mode of exercise promotion and relevant intervention strategies,Interventional research is relatively inadequate. In order to understand the current situation of teenagers physical exercise cognition and behavior, explore the intervention effect of multi-faceted intervention on teenagers physical exercise behavior under the guidance of social ecology theory to promote young people to actively participate in physical exercise,In this study,173 elementary and middle school students from two schools in Wuxi,Jiangsu Province, attempted a14-week health education, exercise intervention, and policy publicity intervention by using the method of literature, questionnaires, experiments, and mathematical statistics. The study showed that:(1)Before the experiment, most students were at a low level of participation in the exercise.Recessive physical exercise behavior scored in all dimensions in the upper middle level, and scores in the value-cognition and behavior control dimensions were slightly higher than the emotional experience and behavioral attitude dimensions.(2)The comprehensive intervention had significant effects on the explicit physical exercise behaviors of the experimental students, which was mainly reflected in the amount of exercise, exercise time, and exercise frequency. The effect ofexercise intensity intervention was not obvious. There was no significant difference in the amount of exercise, exercise time and exercise frequency among students of different grades after the experiment, but secondary school students were higher than the primary school students in intensity of exercise. There was no significant difference in the amount of exercise, exercise time, and exercise intensity between different genders after the experiment, but girls were higher than boys in exercise frequency.(3)The comprehensive intervention has a significant effect on the recessive physical exercise behavior of experimental students, which is mainly reflected in the three dimensions of value cognition, emotional experience and behavior control, and the change of behavioral attitude dimension is not obvious. After the experiment, students in different grades did not show significant differences in the dimensions of emotional experience, behavioral attitude, and behavior control.Pupils had higher scores in the value-cognition dimension than secondary school students.Comprehensive intervention has a significant effect on the value perception of primary school students and the dimension of emotional experience;it has a significant effect on the dimension of behavior control of secondary school students. After the experiment, different genders did not show significant differences in the four dimensions of recessive physical exercise behavior. However, comprehensive intervention had a significant effect on value perception, emotional experience and behavior control dimensions of boys, and value cognition and behavior control of girls.
