While improving the physical quality of students with hearing impairments,how to change their long-standing self-recognition from the depths of their hearts,the unity of physical and mental integrity is an eternal topic for hearing-impaired students.In order to study whether physical exercise affects the physical quality and inferiority of hearing-impaired students,first of all,during the investigation period,questionnaires were conducted to investigate and classify the physical exercise and hearing impaired students in the same educational environment and living environment.Sense survey,through data analysis whether there are significant differences between the two types of students' physical exercise and inferiority complex;second,through the analysis of results to screen out the experimental objects meet the requirements,build the physical exercise intervention program and sports on the subject's own conditions and willingness.Exercise the health management table and complete the physical fitness test before the experiment.Thirdly,according to the physical activity intervention program,the experiment is divided into 20 experimental groups and 20 control groups.The goal is to enhance physical fitness and improve the sense of inferiority.The 20-person experimental group took a 12-week physical exercise intervention;finally,through the test data of physical fitness and inferiority tolerance,the difference analysis within and between groups,pre-test and post-test was performed to verify that the physical exercise intervention was for students with hearing impairment.Is there any significant change in physical fitness and which physical qualities have been improved?Boys and girls have no difference in physical activity interventions to significantly alter the hearing-impaired students inferiority presence or absence of boys and girls have no difference.The results of the study show that:First,the overall educational workload of hearing-impaired students in the two types of students in the same educational environment and living environment significantly lags behind that of normal students.Among them,there is a significant difference in the amount of physical activity between hearing-impaired boys and normal boys.There is no significant difference in the amount of physical exercise between girls with hearing impairment and normal girls.Second,the overall inferiority feeling of hearing impaired students in the same educational environment and living environment is significantly higher than that of normal students.Significantly higher than boys;Third,after a period of 12 weeks of physical exercise intervention,the physical quality of students with hearing impairment has been significantly improved,in which strength,endurance,and balance have been significantly improved,while speed,quality,explosiveness There was no significant difference in the factors of flexibility and flexibility before and after the experiment.Fourth,the hearing impaired students experienced a significant decrease in their inferiority complex after 12 weeks of physical exercise.Fifth,physical exercise has a negative impact on the physical quality and inferiority of hearing impaired students.Have a positive role,effectively improve the physical fitness of students with hearing impairment,and significantly improve the sense of inferiority of hearing impaired students.
