Objective:Through static, dynamic balance ability and hip and ankle flexion of muscle strength test of Chinese classical martial arts athletes in Xi’an Institute of Physical Education, this study aims to explore the characteristics and deciding factors of the balance capacity of the classical Chinese martial arts athletes. so as to provide theoretical reference for the training plan, evaluation and the implementation effect sports training material. Methods:Twelve male athletes in Chinese classical martial arts team in Xi’an Institute of Physical Education are in the experimental group, and those in the Department of Sports Media are in the control group. The Biodex Balance-sd-2dynamic and static Balance instrument (the United States Biodex company) are used to test static and dynamic balance ability of the subjects, with Isomcd2000joint muscle strength tester (Germany) testing subjects hip and ankle muscle strength. The data is statistically processed with SPSS10.0.Results:1. In T1state, the feet, left foot and SI, APSI and MLSI are significantly less than T2(P<0.01). and in the T1. T2state, the feet, left foot and SI. APSI and MLSI are significantly less than the control group (P<0.05,0.01);2. The two groups, in the T3state, the feet, left foot, SI. APSI and MLSI are significantly less than T4state (P<0.01). The experimental group in the T3.14state. the feet, left foot, SI, APSI and MLSI are significantly less than the control group (P(?)0.05.0.01);3. In case of centripetal movement and eccentric exercise, the fast and slow performance ability of classical martial arts athletes’ muscle in left and right hip is significantly greater than the control group (P<0.05,0.01), and the performance ability of the right hip muscle is significantly greater than the left hip (P<0.05.0.01).4. In case of centripetal movement and eccentric exercise, the fast and slow performance ability of classical martial arts athletes’ muscle in left and right ankle is significantly greater than the control group (P<0.05,0.01),5. In case of quick centripetal movement and eccentric exercise, the right and left hip and ankle of the two groups, in T1, T2and T3, T4state corresponding overall stability index and muscle contraction power capability of correlation are larger than slow centripetal movement and eccentric exercise overall stability index:T3. T4two slate corresponding overall stability index and musele power capability were higher than correlation T1, T2state. T2and T4state corresponding overall stability index and muscle power capability respectively T1, T3correlation higher than state; The left ankle240°/S to the heart contraction, the left foot overall stability index and extensor muscles, flexor correlation work are larger than the control group; Other sports mode, the T1, T2and T3, and T4overall stability index and extensor muscles power capability of correlation higher than those in the control group, and flexor power capability of correlation lower than those of the control group;Conclusion1. The ability to maintain balance of the classical martial arts athletes, in different states of his feet, left foot and right foot, is better than the ordinary university students;2. Classical martial arts athletes left hip. right hip extensor muscles and flexor fast strength and absolute power is greater than the ordinary university students:3. Classical martial arts left ankle and right ankle athletes extensor muscles and flexor fast strength and absolute power is greater than the ordinary university students:4. Classical martial arts athletes left foot overall stability index and ankle flexor and extensor muscles rapid contraction power capability are a higher correlation:5. For the classical martial arts athletes, the dependence of overall stability index of T1. T2and T3. and T4on extensor muscles power capability is higher than those in the control group. the dependence on the flexor muscle power capability is lower than those of the control group;6. Good balance is one of the characteristics of the quality of the martial arts athletes: it can be used as a selection index for evaluating training effect and implementing material.
