Resesrch purpoees:the development of core strength training athletes, near the of gravity as reference,the body muscle strength training has become an object of coaches and resesrch scholars at home and abroad. Introduced into China, however, the core strength training time is shorter, also attracted a large number of the coach’s attention, but the real can very good control and applied to training the little little. Core strength training and balance ability in research at home and abroad are mainly concentrated in the middle-aged and old people, the more theoretical research and experimental research are relatively backward, the lack of reliable data and the core strength training of young people and balance ability. Balance is the important physiological function of the body to maintain normal life activities, according to the different physical environment, balance can be divided into static balance and dynamic balance. In the daily activities and various kinds of sports, balance ability is beneficial to human body established good space feeling, promote the development of physical coordination, etc. In this study, based on the core strength training, so as to improve the balance ability of teenagers, analysis of the effect of exercise training intervention, explores the core strength training can effectively control the body balance, namely in the study of the correlation. Through this research purpose is to collect part of core strength training for teenagers have reference value to the data, as the core strength training to provide the reference to the development of Chinese competitive sports.Research methods:use of sports physiology, sports training, sports anatomy, sports measurement and evaluation and other basic theory research, literature analysis, the use of the comprehensive experimental research method, the teenagers to clarify the relationship between core muscle strength and balance. The subjects selected ankang college sports professional students, men and women each25people, subjects were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group, each group of20people. Experimental group as the core strength training group and control group for the power of the traditional training group, as a period of eight weeks of core strength training, training three times a week,90minutes at a time. Using eye closure method on one foot and lateral static balance test on wood, use the balance beam walk, walk straight, star migration method test of dynamic balance ability; Use a minute sit-ups and back bridge of core strength training methods. To explore the correlation between the core strength and balance force.Research results:teenagers core muscle strength and dynamic balance ability is bigger, the effect significantly positive correlation between and there is no correlation between static balance ability, this may be related to choose test method, illustrates the test methods corresponding muscle groups are not the same, that is to raise the motor unit is different, the part of the neural control muscle are also different.
