Specialization Under The Perspective Of The Principal Construction And The Principal Professional Development Strategy Research

Over the years, due to the reasons of the current principal’s selection and appointment mechanism in China, many principals are from teaching first-line, they rely on a strong teaching experience can make many teachers impressed so as to achieve the effective management, also can draw lessons from the others by virtue to experience and their own understanding to cope with the day-to-day management of the school, but on the whole, professional training is very inadequate, professional pursuit of more confused and career "inert" and "burnout" phenomenon is very serious, many people prematurely entered into the professional growth stagnation.The professionalization of teachers has developed well since the elementary curriculum reform of our state in2001, but the professionalization of headmaster falls behind. The reform and development of modern education call for a lot of professional headmasters to contribute to the development of teachers and schools. Therefore, the professionalization of headmaster is necessary and critical.So this research absorbs some successful factors and useful experience of the professionalization of headmaster of other countries and put forward the strategies and advice on the system、management and self-development of the headmasters. The research covers definitions like occupation、major、the position of headmasters and the professionalization of headmaster., and come up with seven ideas about the professionalization of headmasters and six suggestions on strategies and ways for the headmasters to develop themselves....The research is not perfect in creation, so it is expected that experts to give their suggestions and make a further study about it.
