With the further development of the new curriculum reform, primary and secondaryschool classroom is experiencing a positive and profound change. The traditional languageteaching is being changed into a new learning method under the teachers’guidance. The corestrategy of the new round of curriculum reform is students-centered and is to transformstudents learning methods, develop students’ innovative spirit and practical ability. LearningPlan mentioned in this topic is commonly referred to the students learning programscorresponding to teachers’lesson plans. "The teaching model of guided leaning plan" refersto a teaching mode in which the learning plan is the carrier, guidance is the method, students’independent study is the principle and teachers and students work together to complete theteaching task. Simply speaking, it is a teaching mode using the learning plan to guide thestudents learning in the classroom. The drawbacks of the traditional teaching mode seriouslyneglected the dominant position of the students and it is easy to form the "chalk and talk" orspoon-feeding teaching in the classroom. Therefore, the traditional teaching model must bechanged. That is to change the traditional teacher-centered teaching model and construct astudents-centered teaching model. Learning Plan Guidance teaching model is based on thecharacteristics of students’ learning process and subject. Teachers have to grope in thelong-term teaching practice to sum up this new teaching mode. The distinct advantage of thisteaching model is it could embody and implement the new curriculum, promote theprofessional growth of teachers and create effective classroom.This study is theoretically based on the constructivist theory,‘the zone of proximaldevelopment’theory and the quality of educational theory. The research method includes theliterature research, survey research, comparative study, ect. Through the research, the thesismainly explained the background of the "The teaching model of guided leaning plan" as wellas the general study situation of the present research, the defining of the "The teaching modelof guided leaning plan" and the theoretical base which is explained in detail. Over the courseof study, the thesis combined the model of "The teaching model of guided leaning plan"which was used in the teaching process in secondary schools in practice including the content of writing "The teaching model of guided leaning plan" and main problems that should bepaid attention. It was taken for granted that during the process of using the "The teachingmodel of guided leaning plan", it should be constantly optimized and modified. At the sametime, it indicated the potential problems that could be pulled out and the solutions. Throughthe questionare survey towards students and the interview about the actual effect of using the"guided leaning plan" and gained the first hand material. Finally reliable experiment resultscame out that the effect of use of "The teaching model of guided leaning plan" was satisfying.The thesis pointed out the advantages of "The teaching model of guided leaning plan"including changing of the traditional teaching model which improved the efficiency of class."The teaching model of guided leaning plan" has the advantages of modifying students’learning manner and pattern which can promote students’voluntary cooperation study. Thiscan realize the optimization of the classroom effect.The teaching model of guided leaning plan as a novel mode of classroom teaching,conform to the requirements of the new curriculum. It fully embodies the "teacher is theinstructor, students are the subjects”. The teacher is freed from the traditional teachingmethods and to be the true mentor and guide. The teaching model of guided leaning plan ischaracterized by cooperative inquiry, and independent learning, which greatly improveteaching efficiency.
