With the deepening of the reform of physical education curriculum, all kinds of advanced teaching ideas, good contents and effective strategies, practical methods and comprehensive evaluation method are applied in physical education, good results have been achieved, such as the guided by the learning plan teaching model. It is a kind of teaching model which emphasizes the study completed by the corporation of both teachers and students, based on the learning plans, guided by the teachers, processing through learning directions and students’ self-teaching approach. This mode rapidly spreading because it highlight students main body status, conform to the rules of cognition of students and get good grades in the implementation in the school. With the development of the curriculum reform and new curriculum standards, exploring the classroom teaching model is to improve the current situation of the middle school physical education way. This research through the writing middle school physical education case, using guided by the learning plan teaching model experiment, in order to improve the classroom teaching quality, explore reasonable effective classroom teaching model, design a real conform to the students’ physical education case, as well as the development of the guided by the learning plan teaching model provide reference and experimental support.This paper use the literature, experimental method, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics method as a research method to analysis research status of domestic and international of physical education teaching mode, guided by the learning plan teaching model mode of connotation, characteristics, significance and the learning to write requirements, the implementation process, combing sports teaching design ideas and the basic characteristic of middle school physical education, designing learning plan of middle school physical education, designing experiment. Through the comparative analysis research and data processing, and draw the following conclusion:1. Introducing the guided by the learning plan teaching model into the middle school physical education is advantageous to mobilize students’ learning initiative and participation, improves students’ interest in study of physical education.2. Introducing the guided by the learning plan teaching model into the middle school physical education can help students’ comprehensive grasp the movement of technology to improve teaching effectiveness.3. Introducing the guided by the learning plan teaching model into the middle school physical education can promote students’ physical quality development.4. Introducing the guided by the learning plan teaching model into the middle school physical education can improve students’ psychological quality.5. Introducing the guided by the learning plan teaching model into the middle school physical education can cultivate the students’ social adaptation ability.6. Introducing the guided by the learning plan teaching model into the middle school physical education is beneficial to enhancing the teachers’ teaching ability.
