The so-called Five-step teaching model of guided learning plan in classroom teaching, the teacher must study learning plan more carefully than on the basis of materials and teaching goals and depends on the level of students’knowledge, teachers and students work together to accomplish the task of teaching, which includes what to learn, how to learn and how to use it. Specifically, the teacher guides the students to learn through the plan from basic knowledge structure to solving skills Students do learning plan ahead,then they can know what they can do, what they can’t do,and next day they solve the problems through discussing in groups. Then the teacher gives a careful explanation. Thus it can improve the efficiency of study in class of a new pattern of classroom teaching. It not only pays attention to the importance to teachers’ organization, induction, instruction, demonstration of the new process, but also pay more attention to the students’ active learning, cooperative inquiry, the capacity to migrate in the learning process, at the same time it provides more chances to express, question, inquire, discuss, lets the students master how to solve practical problems through all kind s of activities, such as working in pairs and so on.From" teaching" to" learning " reform, the learning plan focuses on how students learn, not how the teachers teach. The specific approach is: to make a learning plan according to the students’ prior knowledge, self-learning ability and level of teaching syllabus, test requirement, The teachers usually make it a week in advance, Then distribute to the students.
