As far as I’m concerned, teaching and learning both depend on thecommunication between teachers and students. To a great degree, efficientcommunication determines efficient teaching activities. As the organizers ofteaching activities, teachers are supposed to take the responsibility to carryout efficient communication with students.The communication between teachers and students is an important procedure,which is the key to teaching. With the development of our society, there are manychanges taking place among the students. As a consequence, teachers must have alot of difficulty in communicating with their students. And how to settle theproblem is becoming more and more important.Aimed to clear up the communication barrier between teachers and students,this article will involve theoretical study, research study and experimental study.I hope through this article we can find out a reasonable and efficient way to improvethe communication between teachers and students, which will also serve the teachingactivities in turn.This article is divided into four parts, of which the first refers to thefunction and significance of communication. The second part takes the advantageof questionnaire and interviews to explore the reason why it is difficult forteachers and students to communicate with each other. The third part is thehighlight, which presents how to deal with the problem of communication, rangingfrom classroom teaching and after-school activities to homework. The last partis to test the efficiency of the strategies mentioned above.
