| Both the employment pressure and the structural contradiction exist under the current circumstances, the employment of college graduates still faces a grim situation. The theory of career planning is put into the higher education, the career planning education can enable students to know themselves, understand jobs, position reasonably and enhance their employability, which can alleviate the current pressure on employment.21 century is the ego when technology drives economy, within this environment, it is vital important to guide high school student to build up appropriate recognition toward society, proactive attitude to involve themselves to social activities, achieving their personal goals, and eventually becoming a person with unified science and art, sensation and practice. It is also an urgent request crying for a solution.This article is to study high school student’s career development education, the aim is to assist students to choose suitable universities or colleges after fully considering their own features, hobbies, physical and mental conditions. The choice could satisfy the needs of self development and also be align with the society’s demands.This article contains four parts. The first session introduces the studying background, sampling current research results both domestic and overseas, clarifying the existing theory and conditions. The second session introduces the concept of high school student career education general concept, explains the definition of career education and explicit the core part of this subject. The third part analyses actual questionnaire survey to discover the current condition of career education, carry out feasibility study and explore the necessities of career education. The last chapter brings the effective solution to existing problems in high school student career education.This article is based on some previous research, combines career education and high school student’s current situation, takes the career development into consideration of regular school education. It is not only the effective method of realizing individual professional demands, but also avoids the waste of social resources. |
