Studies Of College Students' Career Development Of China

Presently, the high education of our country is changing from the outstanding person to the popularity. Quantity of university graduates increases rapidly. The problem of employment of the graduate receives more and more widespread attention by the entire society. Under the stern situation of employment, our high education generally had already carried out the works of career development education and the career guidance. Our high education has established the employment mechanism of "directed by market, regulated by government, recommended by school and the co-choice between students and the employers" steadily. But the cognition and practice of career development education lacks systematically and integrity. It also doesn't form the completely career guidance theory system and curriculum system. On the one hand, it is hard to get a job for graduate. On the other hand, the lack of professional quality and the professional plan consciousness for graduate cause the reduction of competitive power in the process. Thus it can be seen, the work of career development education for graduate stresses to graduate's vocational education work in "the employment" then the entire college learning phase. The graduate's professional knowledge and ability wait to enhance urgently.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part introduced the students an overview of career development. Defined the concept of Vocational education for the development, and described the background, theoretical basis and content of the college students'career development. The second part introduced the present situation of the college students'career development of China. China's university students to the current career development education are the main issues the following three aspects: First, the career development of education in the region, followed by the development of vocational education channels of single, career development is once again pay attention to studying the form of education to the neglect of practice guidance. And analysis of such a problem, including the following three points:First the constraints of the traditional system is still more obvious, the second on the career of social misunderstanding of the concept of long-term difficult to eliminate, the third college career concept behind the development of education, lack of professional guidance.
