The Construction Of Knowledge Social Organization Based On The View Of Urban Social Moral Order

The construction of Knowledge City is a new stage of urban development in our country. With the core of knowledge, the urban planning can promote the spread and innovation of knowledge constantly, so as to improve the city’s core competitiveness. The emergence of Knowledge City figure out the direction of future development for our country’s cities. Accompany with the production of Knowledge City, the knowledge social organizations gradually build up. As a Knowledge City’s basic element, the knowledge social organization provide strong power and intelligence support for the rapid development of cities. The Knowledge City provides the knowledge social organization of various resources and the huge development space. The knowledge social organizations devote to improve the utilization rate of knowledge, promote the innovation of the knowledge, accelerate the transformation of the knowledge achievements and expand the communication channels of knowledge, totally speaking, the knowledge social organization can improve the core competitiveness of the city. Therefore, we can define knowledge social organization as a organic and unity organization which is in order to realize specific goals, it takes the learning and innovation the knowledge as the core of organization, and conscious incorporates together to work in specially area. The knowledge social organization is not only the place of knowledge innovation, and also it is the knowledge management platform for social people. The knowledge social organization wants to keep the eternal vitality and vigor only by create new knowledge constantly and use knowledge reasonably. In recent years, the China urban development has faced a huge difficulties and obstacles, a large number of social problems and ethical issues have occurred."Deviant" and "Anomie" behavior has increased fiercely in society, the lack phenomenon of the city moral has became more and more seriously in the development of the city. These factors have greatly affected the establishment of harmonious society and healthy development of the city. Through the social problems and moral issues, we can find the lack of moral order of urban society and the low level knowledge in city residents. To a certain extent, the fundamental reasons of restricting the further development of our city is the lack of the moral order and the low level of knowledge. Generally speaking, the construction of knowledge social organization through the urban social moral order is the best way to solve the social problems and the urban moral issues.This article makes research of construction of urban social moral order and knowledge social organization, trying to reshape our social organization’s values and meanings in moral order perspective, and then we can put forward a series of countermeasures an suggestions to solve the social and moral problems which has appeared in our cities. Through this way, we can build solid internal and external environment for the sustainable development of urbanization in our country, and the establishment of a harmonious society, and the development of Knowledge City. This paper, start with the basic theory of the urban social moral order and knowledge social organization. Firstly, this paper analyzes basic concept, characteristics, function and current situation of urban social moral order, it introduce the basic concept, characteristics, function and type of knowledge social organization. Secondly, at the basis of theory of social moral order and knowledge social organization, we make a large quantity analysis in two aspects:on one hand, the interaction of moral order and knowledge social organization, on the other hand, the significance to the development of Knowledge City. Thirdly, this paper has made existing condition analysis of external and internal environment by SWOT analysis method. Through the analysis, we have made clear of the feasibility and necessity of knowledge social organization’s construction, and we have more sober understanding of the difficult of knowledge social organization construction, then, we can put forward some countermeasures. At last, this article make the urban social moral order as the core, construct the knowledge social organization from five aspects:organization system, organization culture, organization goals, organization employee and the organization properties. Through these ways, we can improve the moral order consciousness of knowledge social organization, so as to ensure the normal operation of the urban society and the healthy development of the Knowledge City. To guarantee the correctness and the accuracy of the construction road, this paper has made some exploratory research in knowledge social organization evaluation system, and put forward a series of evaluation index.
