Research On Social Workers' Participation In Community Social Organization Construction Practice

Before social workers(collectively referred to as “social workers” in the text)involved in the construction of self-service property organizations,more than half of the residents had no concept or understanding of self-service property organizations.There are different levels of contradictions between residents and community neighborhood committees due to conflicts of life,which is difficult to resolve.Therefore,it is necessary for social workers to get involved in self-service property organizations.In practical work,social workers must first fully understand the basic situation of the community.When necessary,they need to conduct household surveys to understand the needs of residents.Secondly,in the process of building self-service property organizations,the backbone of the community and the power of activists should be fully mobilized.Visiting the activities of investigating and promoting selfservice property organizations,excavating the leaders and members of the organization,and establishing self-service property organizations through democratic consultations.Finally,on the basis of the establishment of the organization,social workers need to use capital to transform resources within and around the community to create learning.The conditions of training and activities will continuously strengthen the self-assessment ability of self-service property organizations.This paper takes the social industry professional perspective as the research object of Wuhan Y community self-service property organization construction,through the practical participation of social workers,studies and discusses the construction difficulties of community self-service property organizations,and considers the problems in development and governance.The recommendations that can be implemented have strong theoretical and practical significance.This article is divided into five parts.The first part analyzes and elaborates on the background of the topic,the significance of the research,and the innovations and deficiencies.In the second part,on the basis of the investigation and research,the author analyzes the status quo and dilemma of self-service property organization construction.The third and fourth parts of the article,based on the current situation of self-service property organization construction,carry out the self-service property organization construction practice for social workers.Research and make a practical assessment.In the fifth part,based on the self-service property organization construction practice,the author has reflected and summarized the social worker's involvement in the construction of self-service property organization.The author believes that: First,social workers are involved in self-service property organization construction services and undertake some government public service functions,alleviating the workload of grassroots community construction and services;second,combined with practical activities,social workers involved in community management and self-help property organization can Effectively helping the community to cope with the challenges of survival and lack of resources has promoted the transformation and advanced improvement of the current community and residents.Third,it is not enough to rely solely on the strength of social workers in social organization projects.The problems of funds,mechanisms,business capabilities and insufficient support in the process require the government,social enterprises and other parties to actively provide effective resources.
