Chongqing Youth Soccer Reserve Personnel Training Present Situation And Countermeasure Research

Educate backup talents for football plays a very important role in football development. To improve the level of football, we must follow the rule of football, the rule of athletes’growth, and work on educating backup talents. Around the world, not only traditional developed football countries but also rising football countries, they all have the perfect backup talents training system and a large number of football new forces. However, as our country has not set up young athletes’ training and contest system, which is suitable for China’s national conditions and in recent years Chinese football has too much negative effect, the football population in our country sharply decrease, which seriously affected the development of football sports in our country.Chongqing as the only municipalities directly under the central government in the west of China has a long tradition of football. But in recent years, as the city’s professional football club remain low grades, our city is also facing the problem of the shrinking of the number of football backup talents and declining of professional level. According to the personal experience I found that in Chongqing the research on education of football backup talents are limited. Different area has different youth football training ways and thinking, so the relevance of research is not strong. Therefore, after the surveys and studies, the paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures for educating football backup talents in Chongqing in the hope of provide the references for young footballer training.The paper used the experts’interview method, the literature material method, mathematical statistics method, questionnaire investigation, and comparative research methods to analyze the disadvantages of contest and training system for young athletes training and then draw a conclusion as follow:1. The number of football backup talents is limited, which makes it difficult for coaches to select and train.2. There exists conflict between sports training and academic education. For some of athletes, their training does some bad effects on their academic education, so they have low education level. Some others for insure the academic education lose necessary training, so they can not achieve effective training.3. Coaches themselves need to be improved. Most coaches’degrees are low. They do training according to their own experience, so the systematic and scientific training is hard to be guaranteed. In addition, the treatment and social status of football coaches is low, which will influence the coaches’working enthusiasm. It’s hard to attract high levels coaches for backup talents training.4. Professional club only pay attention to the first team construction, oversight of the cultivation of backup levels, so it’s lack of necessary policy and financial support.5. Random training is normal in backup footballer training. Coaches do not have macro plan for training of different levels, which affects the systematic training and be an obstacle for full development of young athletes.
