Study On Present Situation Analysis And Development Countermeasures Of Traditional Football Sports School Of Provincial Level In Gansu

The level of competitive sports is one of the key signs of the development of sports and is also the comprehensive reflection of development level in politics,economy, education, culture and technology in a region. Traditional sports school is shouldering a double tasks of cultivating a large number of potential talented people and laying a broad foundation for the public sports. Therefore, Sports Bureau and Education Department of Gansu co-issued the document"development project of Gansu's traditional sports schools" which formulated the long-term goal in view of the present situation and future development of Gansu's traditional sports schools. In traditional football sports school, besides that football sports can be popularized, students' physical quality can be improved at the same time. Further more, athletes can get good culture education so as to make up for deficiencies of separation between sports and education under the traditional training system of cultivating potential talents and to cultivate more high qualified reserve football talents for the competitive sports in our country. This research conducts the investigation into the traditional football sports school of provincial level in Gansu and discovers the existing problems, investigates its reasons and proposes the countermeasures, which plays a significant role in promoting the sustainable development of traditional football sports school of Gansu .In the research we use many investigating methods such as the literature material method,the questionnaire survey, on-the-spot investigation, mathematical statistics,the logical method and so on, and make the investigation into the present situation and development of traditional football sports school of Gansu. It mainly includes distribution,management,sports teams,athletes, trainers, training competitions and talented person transport .The survey result indicates: (1) The total number of traditional football sports school of Gansu are too few and the proportion of the middle school to the elementary school in quantity is imbalanced with the junior middle school no-included; (2) The management model and running model of traditional football sports school of Gansu are backward. (3)Traditional football sports schools of Gansu have serious shortfall in the training funds without multi-channel sports fund-investing system; (4)Some schools 'infrastructure is not perfect and cannot meet the need of training and competition and needs to improve; (5) The trainers are mainly PE teachers in school. The title structure is relatively reasonable, but the professional skill is not prominent and scientific research ability and the general quality need to be improved; (6) The athlete training purposes increasingly diversify;(7) The number of school football teams participating in the training is large, the frequency and time of training are abundant, but the chance that school teams participate in the high rank competition is slim; (8) Scientific degree of football training is low and the selection is not so scientific, with lack of the football reserve talented persons and the prominence of contradictory between learning and training.Suggestions are proposed for the above problems.(1)Gansu sports Administrative Department should lay out reasonably traditional football sports schools and try to increase the number of the schools step by step. Furthermore, we should strengthen the connection and form a unimpeded transportation channel for football talents from"the elementary school - junior middle school - high school - university";(2)Exert regional advantages, make full use of the advantage of various national cultures to set up traditional football sports schools with different national characteristics;(3)Focus on economically developed areas and depend on the factory and mining enterprises with high economic efficiency to establish fully furnished, well-managed and scientifically training traditional football sports schools;(4) Insist on the principle"Survival of the fittest"and carry on the inspection and evaluation regularly to guarantee the sustainable development of traditional football sports schools; (5)Expand the fund raising channel and use factory and mining enterprise's fund superiority effectively to form multi-form sports capital input system and establish diverse sports schools; (6) Taking traditional football sports school of provincial level as the leading, establish football leagues in elementary school,junior middle school, high middle school and university in order to develop Gansu's football cause; (7)Making the football trainers in universities of Gansu play a role, organize training classes regularly and encourage some traditional football sports schools to invite foreign coaches. (8) Establish the football competition system of different ranks and regularly hold the competitions of different ranks in order to make football competition in schools institutionalized;(9) Traditional football sports school leader should put the after-school football training into the school work plan. The school leader, the teacher in charge and parents should coordinate to do the football player's training work well; (10)Expand the football population base and use the influence of school football team to increase the number of school football players. Effectively exert the advantage of "Combination of physical education and culture education"and establish guaranteed reserve football talents training system.
