Investigation On The Current Situation In College Students' Creative Ability And Improve The Study Of Administration

The international competition in21th Century ultimately is talent competition, it depends not only on the amount of talents, but also on the creative ability of talents. That is to say, the international competition in21th Century are based on developing high-end talents’ creative ability. College students are the main force of talent reserves in our country, so it’s vital to developing their creative ability for our country’s strategic development.Currently, some achievements had been got in engineering relatives students’creative ability developing. While there are little research about economic management students’ creative ability developing. In fact, the feature of economic management demands creative intelligence. This page prospect to through a series of researches, people can realize the current situation about economic management students’creative ability, and propose implementations about economic management students’creative ability developing.This page took example by the results and experiences of researches in domestic and overseas. This research analyzed the tracks of development of the Nobel Prize winner and the development situation of Japan’s innovation education, introduced J.A.Joseph Alois Schumpeter’s Innovation Theory, Robert J. Sternberg’s creativity theory and Foreign classic create ability detection method. This research use questionnaire survey which mirrored the creation ability test created by Harvard University, found that there are many shortcomings of economic management in imagination, divergent thinking, creative consciousness. The main reasons display on University system disadvantage, unreasonable of course designing, unreinforced of teachers create consciousness and lacking of campus culture.This study proposes that staring from school system and campus culture construction is in favor of developing students’creative ability’s circumstance, push forward teaching management reform, explore classroom education reform, strengthen the practice education, encourage independent innovation and so on.
