| The economic transformation of our country has developed into a critical stage and a deep water zone.For traditional energy industry,it brings both opportunities and challenges at the same time.As a famous province known for rich coal resources,Shanxi Province is also in a critical period of transformation.In order to achieve the development in a good and rapid way,Shanxi Province is aimed at deeply carrying out humanistic thoughts to promote transformation.The main driving force to promote China’s economic and social development.Human-oriented idea must be effectively adapted to the public,especially in the basic needs of material life.It also means building an all-round sight of people.Based on current basic situation of our province,the most important mission of promoting the development of the individual is to meet the demands of employment from various angles.The quickest way of solving the employment problem is to start with their own talent to improve their employment ability.However,the development of talented people in Shanxi Province is facing a lot of problems.On one hand,Facing this era background of popularization of education,undergraduate college students’ enrollment in university has expanded,meanwhile,there are increasing number of graduates which rise year by year,the employment market is becoming more and more competitive with the influx of graduates.On the other hand,economic transformation requires to adjust and optimize industrial structure,it also means demanded abilities should be improved and originally employ ability structure also needs to be optimized.As a high qualified human resources,if we want to solve their difficulties in finding jobs,the core point is to improve their employ abilities and optimize their employ ability structure.So it is necessary to do the research about the strategies and measured of improving college students’ employ abilities.Based on the interviews with relevant employers in the context of economic transformation in Shanxi Province,this paper uses the literature collection method,the questionnaire survey method,the expert interview method and the analytic hierarchy process.On the basis of combing the relevant literatures at home and abroad,Using the analytic hierarchy process to construct the university students’ employment ability system.And constructs the cognition and self-evaluation of university students’ employment ability,as well as the questionnaire survey of the demand and satisfaction of the employing unit in Shanxi province.According to the questionnaire survey on college students and related employers in Shanxi Province,this paper analyzes the current situation of self-evaluation of college students ’employment ability in Shanxi province,the status quo of the demand of college students’ ability and the satisfaction degree of each ability under the background of economic transformation,This paper analyzes and analyzes the differences between the cognition and self-evaluation of college students’ employ ability and the actual needs and satisfaction of the employing units,and discusses and analyzes the reasons for the differences.And the use of economic transformation of employment theory,competency theory and other related theories for the reasons for the differences,put forward the corresponding specific countermeasures.For the government,undergraduate colleges and universities,students,individuals,four units for the employment of college students to cultivate and enhance the corresponding countermeasures. |
